Return Policy

We offer free 30-day returns on most items unless otherwise stated on the product page.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label

  • Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received.

To qualify for a full refund, returned items must meet all of the following requirements:

  • The exact item purchased is returned

  • Item is unused, unaltered, and shows no signs of wear or damage beyond the original listed condition

  • All original parts, accessories, and components are included

  • Original packaging is included (boxes, inserts, bags, UPC labels, protective materials, etc.)

  • All included materials are returned (manuals, cables, warranty cards, rebate cards, bonus items, free gifts, etc.)

  • Original tags, labels, and seals (if applicable) are intact

Refund Deductions for Loss of Value

If an item is returned in a different condition than when it was shipped, including but not limited to:

  • Missing parts or accessories

  • Signs of use, installation, or alteration

  • Damage caused by improper packaging during return shipping

We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect the item’s loss in value. In cases of significant damage or missing components, the deduction may be up to 50% of the item’s price, depending on the severity.

Damaged Returns

If an item is damaged during return shipping due to insufficient packaging, the resulting loss in value may be deducted from the refund. Customers are responsible for properly packaging returns to prevent damage.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing typically occurs within 2–5 business days

  • Banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the refund
