Shipping policy

1. Order Processing and Handling Time

We make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed and shipped within one business day after payment is received. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

If additional handling time is required due to order volume, item characteristics, or other circumstances, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We ship using major commercial carriers such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, or other comparable carriers. The carrier and service level are selected at our discretion unless a specific shipping method is chosen and confirmed at checkout.

Shipping estimates shown at checkout are carrier-provided estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

3. Shipping Rates and Service Selection

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless a product is explicitly marked as including free shipping. When free shipping is offered, we reserve the right to select the carrier and service level.

Free shipping does not imply expedited delivery and does not alter standard handling times.

4. Expedited Shipping

Expedited or overnight shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional charge. Expedited shipping applies to the transit speed only and does not guarantee same-day handling unless explicitly stated on the product page or confirmed in writing.

5. Domestic Shipping Only (No International Shipping)

We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.

6. Shipment Tracking and Delivery

Tracking information will be provided when available once an order ships. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather events, or other factors outside our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is tendered to the carrier.

7. Shipping Damage or Loss

Items should be inspected promptly upon delivery. If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, customers should retain all packaging materials and contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with the carrier claim process. Failure to report damage within a reasonable timeframe may limit our ability to assist.

8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to the address provided by the customer are considered properly delivered. Incendico is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the Site or placement of orders after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
